The Hunter Hydrawise HC Flow Meter 25mm BSP is a brass flow sensor for compatible Hydrawise-enabled Hunter controllers. It is used to monitor irrigation flow rates, water use and flow conditions in residential and light commercial irrigation systems.
This 25mm male BSP model connects to compatible HC, HPC, Pro-HC and HCC controllers to provide station-level flow data through Hydrawise® software. Once configured, Hydrawise® can report total system water use, individual station water use and flow rates for more accurate water tracking and irrigation management.
Flow monitoring helps identify high-flow, low-flow and unscheduled flow conditions, which may indicate leaks, broken pipes, stuck valves or unexpected water movement. The flow meter includes robust brass construction, union fittings for easier installation and removal, and an analogue dial for manual flow reading.
The HC Flow Meter must be installed between the master valve and zone valves, horizontally with the dial facing up and in the correct flow direction. Wired installations require dedicated shielded direct-burial cable, with an optional Wireless HC Flow Meter Kit available where running cable is difficult.
