Galvanised malleable iron reducing couplings are used to connect two different male BSP threaded fittings, pipe ends or threaded components. They are suitable for water, air and general pipework applications where a straight female-to-female threaded join needs to change size.
Made from hot dip galvanised malleable iron, these reducing couplings provide female BSP threaded connections at both ends in different sizes. Use suitable thread sealant or PTFE tape when installing male BSP threads into the coupling.
