The Franklin 9AMH4B-51 is a single-phase horizontal multistage pump for clean-water transfer, pressure boosting, irrigation and washdown.
Suitable uses include domestic and commercial water supply, light industrial water transfer and compatible circulation systems. Supplied as a bare pump-and-motor unit. Suitable separate controls are required for automatic operation as taps open and close; a pressure tank is not included.

The paired figures show flow and head together; they are reference points, not maximum-flow ratings or a nominated ideal duty. Maximum head occurs at zero flow. Allow for inlet conditions, height differences and pipe losses when selecting the pump.
Inlet: 1 1/2" BSP female thread.
Outlet: 1 1/4" BSP female thread.
The pump body, impellers and diffusers are 304 stainless steel. Use clean water without solids or fibres, compatible with the pump materials. Maximum water temperature is 55°C.
The pump is not self-priming. Fill the pump casing and suction pipe before starting, and use suitable inlet valves to retain prime where suction lift is required. Install on a firm base with drainage, supported pipework, ventilation and protection from weather and freezing. Do not run without water or against a closed outlet.
Maximum operating pressure is 1000kPa; inlet pressure and the pressure added by the pump must remain within this limit.
220–240V single phase, 50Hz; AU/NZ plug. The motor has built-in thermal overload protection.
