Franklin MH3 horizontal multistage pumps supply clean water for water transfer, pressure boosting, irrigation and washdown. Choose the stage count for the required flow and pressure, then select single-phase or three-phase supply.
These listings are for bare pump-and-motor units. Suitable separate controls are required for automatic operation as taps open and close; a pressure tank is not included.

The paired figures show flow at a stated head. Maximum head occurs at zero flow, separately from the listed flow. Allow for inlet conditions, height differences and pipe losses when selecting the pump.
Inlet: 1 1/4" BSP female thread.
Outlet: 1" BSP female thread.
The pump body, impellers and diffusers are 304 stainless steel. Use clean water without solid particles or fibres, compatible with the pump materials. Maximum water temperature is 55°C for single-phase models and 85°C for three-phase models in domestic and commercial use. The higher 110°C three-phase limit is for industrial applications only.
The pump is not self-priming. Fill the pump casing and suction pipe before starting, and use suitable inlet valves to retain prime where suction lift is required. Install on a firm base with drainage, supported pipework, ventilation and protection from weather and freezing. Do not run without water or against a closed outlet.
Maximum operating pressure is 1000kPa; inlet pressure and the pressure added by the pump must remain within this limit.
Single-phase versions use a 220–240V, 50Hz supply, have an AU/NZ plug and include motor thermal overload protection. Three-phase versions use a 380–415V, 50Hz supply and require an electrician connection and external motor protection.
