Anka foot valve screens fit the suction end of a compatible Anka check valve to form a screened foot valve assembly. The removable cage keeps debris away from the inlet while the check valve provides the non-return action.

The male-threaded cage screws into the matching female connection of the check valve. It can be removed for cleaning or replacement without replacing the complete valve.

The screen is the inlet-filtering component, not a complete foot valve. Used with the matching check valve, it helps keep debris out while the valve prevents water draining back from the suction line.
