Brass flared adaptors copper x male BSP are used to connect copper pipe to a female BSP threaded fitting, valve, outlet or pipe connection. They are commonly used in plumbing, irrigation, water supply and repair work where copper pipe needs to transition to a male threaded connection.
Made from DR lead free brass with a brass compression nut, these flared adaptors are WaterMark Lead Free approved and tested to AS 3688. Install with correctly prepared copper pipe on the flare/compression end and use suitable thread sealant or PTFE tape on the male BSP threaded connection only.
