Brass female threaded tees are used to join or branch threaded fittings, valves, manifolds and pipework in a T-shaped connection. They are commonly used in plumbing, irrigation, rural water and general water installations where a threaded line needs to continue while branching off to another connection.
Each tee has three female BSP threaded openings of the same size. This makes it suitable for connecting compatible male threaded fittings, nipples, plugs, valves, pumps and pipework.
These brass threaded tees are made from DR lead free brass and are suitable for water applications. They are Watermark Lead Free Approved, tested and certified to AS 3688, with a maximum pressure rating of 1600 kPa and a working temperature range of 1°C to 95°C.
