Seaflo hand pumps are similar in design to a regular bike pump. They serve as a lightweight, compact, reliable, and cost-effective means of emptying bilge water, aquarium water, etc. In a pinch they can also be used for diesel transfer but you should note that the manufacturer's warranty only covers use with fresh and saltwater.
